SpCrossreactivity
Monkey CRP ELISA kit species cross reactivity was tested with the following CRP proteins at 50ng/ml: Human(>100%) and rabbit (12%) showed significant crossreactivity. Rat and mouse CRP showed less than 1% reactivity. Chicken, goat, sheep, pig, Hamster, Guinea pig, FBS, and Bovine serums all showed less than 1% reactivity at dilutions of 1:50. ADI provides CRP ELISA kits For Human, Mouse, Rat, Rabbit, Monkey and Dog.
