SpCrossreactivity
The antigen used for coating is ssDNA. Many antibodies to DNA react with either ssDNA or dsDNA or both. This kit will measure anti-ssDNA. The detection antibodies used in the kit are directed against mouse IgG (heavy chain) and specific for IgG. The antibodies do not react with IgM, IgA or other isotypes. However, they may react with several IgG isotypes (IgG1, IgG2 etc.). ADI has other kits for Ig?s total (5310-Ig?s) and IgM (5330-IgM specific).
