SpCrossreactivity
The antigen used for coating is ssDNA. Many antibodies to DNA react with either dsDNA or ssDNA. This Kit will measure anti-ssDNA IgM only. ADI has other kits for Ig?s total (5310-IgG+A+M) and IgG (5320-IgG specific).
