SpCrossreactivity
ADI has developed a novel quantitative ELISA kit to measure anti-ovalbumin antibody types (IgGs, IgA, IgM, IgE) and their serum concentrations in mice exposed to ovalbumin. These kits will make it possible to compare the effects of various experimental manipulations on the production of anti-ovalbumin antibody type and its concentration. This kit measure total anti-ovalbumin IgG as the antibody conjugate used in the kit is not specific for any given specific isotype. We have other isotype specific anti-ovalbumin kit available (see below). The utility of the kit in other species (rat, human etc) have not been established.
