SpCrossreactivity
This kit is specific for mouse transferrin and does not show any significant reactivity to other mouse serum proteins. Mouse Tf ELISA kit species crossreactivity was tested with the following animal sera (Tf) at dilutions of 1:100: Minimal reactivity was observed with rat (4.4%) serum Transferrin. Guinea Pig, Rabbit, Hamster, Human, Monkey, Goat, Rabbit, Pig, Sheep, Bovine, FBS, and Chicken serums had less than 1% crossreactivity.
